Paper describing CuGenDBv2 published in Nucleic Acids Research [Oct 2022]

The genome of Cucumis melo var. cantalupensis Charmono is now available in CuGenDBv2 [Oct 2022]

A new cucumber Gy14 genome (v2) assembled by Dr. Yiqun Weng’s group using PacBio long reads and the annotation can be accessed on the ftp site under a data release policy. [Sept., 2018]

New interface and new genome release. The Cucurbit Genomics Database (CuGenDB) has been redesigned and now has a new interface. Several pre-released cucurbit genome sequences and annotations including Cucurbita maximaCucurbita moschata and watermelon cv. Charleston Gray, were added to the database. [May, 2017]

New domain name. The Cucurbit Genomics Database (CuGenDB) can now be reached under the new domain name http://cucurbitgenomics.org/. Requests to the old domain http://icugi.org/ will be directed to the newly designed database. [May, 2017]
