Overview of this BioProject:
Nitrogen (N) is the key macronutrient that is required for the growth and development of plants. In this study, watermelon plants (Citrullus lanatus (Thunb.) Matsum. and Nakai.) were grown under hydroponic conditions in a growth chamber under different levels of N supply (0.2 mM, 4.5 mM, and 9 mM) for 14 days. The leaf and root of these plants were harvested and utilized transcriptome analysis.
